Fourth Annual Pink Ribbon 7k Run/Walk

COST: 17 and under $20.00 until 9/1, $30.00 until 10/1; 18 and over $25.00 until 9/1, $30.00 until 10/1. ALL PARTICIPANTS $30.00 10/2 THROUGH DAY OF RACE
We first did the Pink Ribbon Run in San Diego for four years in memory of our friend Marcie Cokkinis. When my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in September of 2009, I felt it was time to bring it back. We will be honoring all the women in our community that have fought, are fighting or have lost their battle with breast cancer.
From the TOWN between the tracks comes the RUN between the tracks!
This 4 mile run/walk starts on the track at Cienega High School and ends on the track at Empire High School.
The run benefits Cienega High School’s “Cats Hope” Fund and a donation will also be made to the Arizona Cancer Center.
Registration and bib number pick up with be at Empire High School. Shuttle buses will be provided to Cienega High before the race only.
Last year we were joined by Better Than Ever! Better Than Ever is an outreach program of the University of Arizona Cancer Center. They made the Pink Ribbon 4 Mile a midway goal for their half marathon training program.
